Educational Challenges

& Innovation

Education as a way to get things done!

Education to mobilize young leaders for water.

We can connect you to talented students and challenge-based projects in education.

What is a Challenge?

A challenge is a collaborative project (8, 16 weeks or half a year) that brings together students and partner organizations to address water-related problems. Students engage with partners and work on real-life challenges.

At the University of Amsterdam, we carefully match partners with forward-thinking students, ensuring a learning experience that empowers both students and partners with the aim to create innovative, impactful solutions.

It’s more than just a project—it’s a co-creative process where your needs meet the fresh perspectives of a dynamic group of students committed to making a difference.

Examples of What Our Students Can Do:

  • Develop infographics and digital prototypes of websites or digital applications aiming for change.
  • Conduct advanced data analytics, using AI, with the aim to gather deeper insights.
  • Develop communication strategies with honor students in communication.
